Visiting the clinic
Yes. Your first consultation is free. The doctor examines you, explains the options that suit your case and what they cost, and you decide afterwards. There is no obligation to start treatment.
We are open every day, including weekends, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The Four Building, Ground Floor, Shop No. 5, Al Nahda First, Al Qusais 1, Dubai. Our Makani number is 35120 97875. The Find Us page has the map and a Google Maps link.
You fill in a short form, then the clinician asks what you would like to change and examines you. For dental and orthodontic visits this may include photos, a digital scan of your teeth or an X-ray. You leave with a clear explanation of your options, how long they take and what they cost.
Consultations are in English, and our clinicians also speak Hindi and Malayalam, and between them Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. If you would prefer Arabic, mention it when you book and we will do our best to help.
Booking
Call or WhatsApp us on +971 55 607 9049, or send the form on our Contact page. Tell us which treatment you are interested in and whether a morning or evening suits you, and we will confirm a time.
Call or WhatsApp us and the front desk will check what is free today. For a new treatment the doctor usually examines you first, so your first visit may be a consultation.
Dr. Ahamed Namshir, our Specialist Orthodontist, currently sees patients on Sundays. Braces and clear aligner consultations, check-ups and adjustments are booked on Sundays.
Often, yes. Bring any records you have, such as your treatment plan, X-rays or scans. The orthodontist examines your teeth and appliance first and then explains how treatment can continue and what it would cost.
Prices
Yes, for dentistry, orthodontics and IV drips. Our Prices page lists the starting price of each treatment. Aesthetic, skin, laser and hair treatments are priced at the consultation, once the doctor has assessed you.
Metal braces start at AED 999, then AED 200 for each monthly visit. The whole course, retainers included, never costs more than AED 5,000. The orthodontist confirms your plan at the consultation.
Clear aligner treatment comes in three packages: AED 6,000, AED 10,000 and AED 12,000, depending on how much your teeth need to move. The orthodontist tells you which package fits your case after examining you.
The website shows from-prices. The final price depends on your case, for example how many teeth are involved, and is confirmed after your examination. You know the cost of your plan before any treatment begins.
Treatments and care
Dentistry (check-ups, cleaning, fillings, crowns, root canals, whitening, veneers, extractions and implants), orthodontics (braces, clear aligners and early treatment for children), aesthetic medicine and skin treatments, laser hair removal, facials, hair-loss treatments, medical weight management and IV drips.
Orthodontics is with Dr. Ahamed Namshir, Specialist Orthodontist and the clinic's Medical Director. Implants, extractions and wisdom teeth are with Dr. Nissy Susan Thomas, Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Root canals, fillings, crowns, veneers and whitening are with Dr. Rasmina K. Nizar. Aesthetic medicine, hair and weight management are with Dr. Keerthana Gopal, and laser hair removal and facials with Nayana Anil and Deepthy Vadakkar. Each clinician holds a DHA professional licence.
It depends on the treatment. Dental procedures are done under local anaesthetic, so most patients feel pressure rather than pain, and some soreness for a day or two afterwards is common. Injections and laser sessions can sting briefly. Before starting, your clinician explains what you are likely to feel and how it is kept comfortable.
Yes. We see children for check-ups, fluoride treatment, fillings and children's root canals. For bite problems, an early orthodontic check helps: Dr. Namshir explains that widening a narrow upper jaw works best around the ages of 10 to 12, before the bones of the palate fuse.
The doctor plans for a result that suits your face and explains what is realistic before treatment. Results vary from person to person, and you can ask to see what a treatment involves at your consultation.
Yes, with care. Strong sun and tanned skin raise the risk of burns and pigmentation after laser, so your therapist checks your skin at every session and may adjust the settings or suggest waiting. Avoid tanning and use sunscreen on treated areas between sessions.
Yes. GLP-1 medication is prescription-only, so a doctor assesses you first, including your medical history and current medicines, and prescribes only if it is suitable for you. Treatment comes with regular reviews; how much weight a person loses varies.
Before you leave you get aftercare instructions for your treatment. If anything worries you afterwards, call or WhatsApp the clinic and the team will arrange for your clinician to review it.
No. The Free AI Check on our website gives an educational look at your smile, skin or hair from one photo. It is not a medical diagnosis; only an examination by a clinician can tell you which treatment suits you.
